Chord Progression Generator
How to Use
Pick a root note and a scale — the grid below fills with every diatonic chord in that key. Tap any chord card to preview how it sounds, then hit the + button to drop it into your progression. Drag cards in the strip to reorder them, or tap × to remove one. Not sure where to start? Hit Randomize for an instant four-chord sequence you can tweak from there.
Press Play to hear your progression looped or one-shot. Switch between Pick (arpeggiated) and Strum for a different feel, change the time signature to 3/4 or 6/8, and dial in the tempo with the BPM slider. Turn on the Metronome to lock in the timing while you practice along.
Each chord card links to a full chord page with fingering diagrams and alternate voicings. Try different scales — switching from Major to Natural Minor or Dorian changes the whole mood of your progression with one click.
